Haven't been doing too much crafting lately, just trying to slow down or stop on orders, so I can grab some time to organise myself for holidays. But, typical, I got some new stamps so I spent a lot of time playing!

With the weather so dreary, it was lovely to get some colour into the house and see it in the garden. The bouquet was from hubby for our 24th anniversary and the Laburnum is in full bloom outside. My Mother grew this tree from a seed and I just love it.

I did get one card order done for a ladies 80th birthday. I don't think there are many 80 year olds who don't like roses. so, I used some Papermania Signature Blueberry Hill papers for this card. The Rose theme was carried on to the insert.

I love your bouquet of flowers-your dh obviously has good taste! It's lovely to have a tree which your Mom grew from seed-we have an apple tree at home that my Dad nurtered from a little pip and it always makes me smile when I see it as I think of how my Dad loved to make things grow.
Your card is beautiful and your attention to detail is superb-I love how you carried the theme through to the insert-she'll love it no doubt1
